Delivery

In the Heidi Gem Jewellery Store you will find a mix of pieces that are available for immediate delivery and pieces that will be made to order.

Pieces available for immediate delivery will be posted within 2 working days if orders are placed before 1pm.

Items will be posted within the UK by Royal Mail Tracked if under £100 or Special Delivery if over £100. These are insured and will be delivered to mainland UK.

 

Please note delivery is to UK only at this time. Due to Brexit and US tariffs, I am unable to ship outside the UK.

Commission pieces or customised items will vary in timescales depending on the design.

This will be discussed during the initial design stages/ at ordering. You will be kept in touch with throughout the design and making process by email and postage arranged to suit your preferences. Should you require something for a specific date, please get in touch with me to discuss your timescales. I will always do my best to accommodate special requests.
